Sunil Dutt Maria is the Chairman of the company board and Sunny Maria is the Managing Director of the Company and also act as permanent whole time Director to look in the day to day working of the company. The board is competent to appoint any Director to be member of sub-committee’s to be formed to establish and fulfill the objects of the company.
The Board of the Company appointed Company Secretary, Auditors, Company Advisors, and Chartered Accountant to check the accounts and data for whole of the year. Company appointed consultants to make planning of the projects of the Company.
